Mom leaves for the weekend!

Friday my mom left to go to a women's retreat in Turner Oregon.  My Dad had to take care of me, I was afraid he wouldn't do as good job as my Mom does, but he did an awesome job. On Saturday night I got a fever, once my fever started to go away I got really hungry.  Nothing we had to eat sounded good to me so my Dad went out and got me McDonalds Happy Meal & a McFlurry late at night.  My older brother Mitch stayed with me while Jacob was in bed asleep.

The next day, my Mom came home after the retreat.  I was really craving steak so my Dad took us to Applebees.  I thought we were going to have lunch with my mom but she ended up having lunch at Red Robin with her lady friends.  When she was done she came over and sat with us. The steak was the best steak I have ever tasted in my life. My Mom & Dad were happy I ate it because they want me to eat protein and I am not eating much food right now.  Bye for now, Allison.

Allison, I am glad to see that you have times that you do feel better and can enjoy a good meal from McDonalds. We have appreciated the updates your mom and dad have sent us. We think of you often. Keep up the blogs. As you can see, I don't know all the short cuts. To old I guess. We will all have to get together again for a family picnic.
I hope you will be able to get back to school once in a while. Are you doing some home schooling when you have good times?

Take care and we will look in on the blogs to see how your progress is doing.

Allison, I hope you figured out who "Carl" was...he's your great uncle and he was talking about the family picnic we had a couple years ago. We appreciated all the emails from your Mom to keep the family up to date and I forwarded it on to other family members too and I'll send them the blog address too so hopefully you will get a lot of mail. We think about you and your condition and hopefully it will get better each day. Take care and we'll blog again soon. Great Aunt Sally

Allison,

You little turkey...making us figure out how to blog...you will be made to pay later!! Lol, it is a good thing. Megan and I will be down for Steph's Bday/Easter. Nicole has a State FFA convention that she will be attending in Pendleton that weekend. Missing a trip to the Valley was a very hard choice for her.

We think of you often. It is good to hear that you are doing well. We had a visit from Gma and Gpa this weekend. That was very good and we got some nice bright paint on the walls of Nic's and Meg's b'rooms. We r looking 4ward 2 the day u can come check that out. C u soon.

Hi Allison,

This is a great idea...we always wonder how you are. I gave Ashley your email address. She wasn't sure you would remember who she was so I will give her your blog also.

Those meals sound pretty good. You may run out of resturants in Albany pretty soon.

Thanks for keeping us updated.
Wanda
PS: your brother makes a pretty good gansta in his note to you = )

Isn't spring the best? We have frogs and daffodils. It smells so good! I have been 'xplorin outside on days when I feel good and been wondering how you are doing.
Tell me about something you see just coming out of hibernation (bird, flower, grass, or human).
